Having several dogs at home we are always prepared for various stomach diseases of “all-eating” pets. There is no even a month without a “stomach revolution”. Our pet first aid contains Nifuroxazide, carbon and Lakcid (Lactobacillus rhamnosus). That is a standard that always worked, so far.Once one of our shih tzu female got diarrhea and on the day after started to vomit. As always we applied her “the rescue set”. She seemed to feel ok, but symptoms did not subside. On the third day another female felt sick, so we applied the same treatment and took both to the veterinarian. The diagnosis: food poisoning, treatment: antibiotic. On the fourth day our third female “joined” the other two and it was not funny anymore.During a phone consulting the vet suggested – it was a virus. We were horrified. If our fourth female and 90 kg newfoundland were sick, we would not be able to pick up all the stuff they would excrete. The dogs were obviously suffering.We used complementary feed distributed by NON DIMENTICARE but for other treatment. As a free sample we received LactoAdapt.
