10 months ago, a bacteriological examination was done in bitch which diagnosed and confirmed staphylococcal skin infection.
Unfortunately, it’s a strain resistant to all antibiotics. Due to intensive itching (which didn’t respond to neither corticosteroids neither other “anti-itching” medicines), a bitch several times scratched or even bitten herself, causing further damage of the skin and worsening the infection. Since no other therapy than supportive one was possible, and after trying several supportive products which had no major effect, I decided to try Dogoteka products. Despite the fact that there is comprehensive description of each product on the website, Ms Ksenija additionally explained to me the individual product and advised which would be the most appropriate.Therefore, I tried combination of CortiAdapt, MultiAdapt and LactoAdapt, as well as Soft Pad Butter. After only few weeks of use, the condition of skin has improved, and on spots which were damaged and bald because of infection and additional trauma from scratching/biting, hair has begun to re-grow. Soft Pad Butter has also helped keeping the skin moisturized and protected. It’s true that the problems are not completely resolved what is not even expected due to resistant staph infection, however, it means a lot to me that with use of these products, her troubles and daily life is a bit relieved.Thank you Ms Ksenija and Dogoteka for all your help and responsiveness, I will definitely continue to use your products.
