The Dogoteka brand, as well as the trademarks DogoMaxy, DogoMini, DogoJunior, DogoDol, FertiAdapt, DiaGiar, Proartleg Maxy, Proartleg, Proartleg Junior, MultiAdapt, CortiAdapt, CortiAdapt Gel, LactoAdapt, CelerVis Pet, are owned by Dogoteka d.o.o., Golo brdo 3a, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia, or used by Dogoteka d.o.o. with the consent of the owners.

Dogoteka SRLS uses the Dogoteka brand and trademarks DogoMaxy, DogoMini, DogoJunior, DogoDol, DogoDigestive, Diagiar, LactoAdapt, MultiAdapt, CortiAdapt, FertiAdapt, CelerVis Pet, DogoDrops, Proartleg Maxy, Proartleg, Proartleg Junior, with the consent of the owners.

2.4 Disclaimer

The Site and all information, content, materials, products, and services available through the Site are provided “as is,” “where is,” and “as available,” unless otherwise indicated in writing.

Individuals who register on www.dogoteka.si by providing their personal data and email may subscribe to e-newsletters.

By subscribing to Dogoteka’s electronic newsletter, you:

• agree to the general terms and conditions of registration and subscription,
• consent to Dogoteka collecting, managing, using, storing, and processing your data,
• allow Dogoteka to send newsletters, inform you of special promotions, news, and updates,
• accept that subscription will automatically renew until you explicitly request removal,
• acknowledge that you can request cessation of personal data use for marketing at any time,
• users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent,
• subscription is valid for the current year from the registration date and automatically renews unless cancelled.

Unsubscription / Data Deletion

Users can unsubscribe in writing at any time and request Dogoteka to stop using their personal data for marketing purposes.

Dogoteka must prevent the use of personal data for marketing within 15 days and inform the user within 5 days.

Unsubscription can be done by:

• using the link in the registration email,
• using the link at the bottom of each newsletter,
• sending an email to info@dogoteka.it with the word “CANCEL.”

After confirmation, all user data will be deleted from the mailing list.

3. Online Sales Terms (E-Shop)

General Provisions

These terms govern purchases of products (“Products”) sold by DOGOTEKA SOCIETA A RESPONSABILITÀ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA, registered office Via San Michele 18, 04011 Aprilia (LT), administrative office Via Gramsci 11, 20852 Lissone (MB), email: info@dogoteka.it, registered with REA LT-223166 and VAT/Tax Code IT03093920597 (hereinafter “Supplier”) by consumers (hereinafter “Customer”) on the e-shop www.dogoteka.it.

• Orders may only be placed by adults not under legal incapacity.
• The contract language is Italian.

Formation of the Contract

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer enters into a distance sales contract. The order sent through the Site constitutes a contractual offer, subject to acceptance by Dogoteka, in accordance with these terms.

The contract is finalized upon Dogoteka sending an order confirmation email, including order details, purchased products, prices, shipping costs, delivery address, and payment methods.

Product Availability

Product availability reflects stock at the time of order but is indicative. If unavailable, notification will be sent within 3 working days, and prepayments will be refunded within 8 working days. Dogoteka is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or internet issues.

Prices

Prices include VAT, are in euros, and exclude shipping and cash-on-delivery fees (€6.90 standard, plus €4.00 for COD). Special rates apply for remote or island locations. Promotional prices comply with legal requirements.

Payment is only charged when the order is complete and ready for shipment.

Shipping

Shipping occurs within 30 days via GLS, DHL, TNT, or Bartolini. Tracking links are provided. Customers must check packages upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported immediately; Dogoteka will replace the items.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 working days from receipt to withdraw without penalty. Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

Returns

• Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
• Customer sends a written request and ships to Dogoteka at their expense.
• Refund processed after verification.

RETURN FORM

Legal Guarantee

Dogoteka guarantees Products free from defects for 2 years. Customers must report defects within 2 months of discovery. Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

Liability

Dogoteka is not liable for force majeure, internet issues, or third-party fraud. Customers must collect items if rejected; Dogoteka may dispose of uncollected goods after 30 days.

Reviews

Dogoteka publishes authentic customer reviews and discloses if content is sponsored. Negative experiences may be reported via info@dogoteka.it.

Final Clauses

Products are sold as described on the Site, subject to change. Dogoteka may modify terms at any time. Prices and product features may vary.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law, specifically Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Civil disputes are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Customer’s residence court.
