DogoRehydro® is a complementary feed for dogs and cats designed to promote the restoration of normal electrolyte levels, particularly useful during periods of intense heat or for animals carrying out intense physical activity.

INDICATIONS FOR USE: DogoRehydro® is a complementary feed in tablets for dogs and cats, palatable and divisible, formulated with Dextrose, Electrolyte Complex, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12, intended to promote normal electrolyte levels in the animal.

The product is particularly suitable:

  • as a daily supplement of mineral salts in periods of intense heat for all animals;
  • as a supplement in the case of sporting competitions or in animals subject to intense physical activity.

It may also be useful:

  • in episodes of recurrent and persistent vomiting;
  • in the case of dogs and cats that are incontinent or have kidney problems or are taking diuretic drugs or supplements;
  • in females in the postpartum and lactating period;
  • in dogs with excessive salivation due to car sickness, stressful situations or other.

    • Sodium Chloride (12%): Helps maintain fluid balance, blood pressure and muscle function.
    • Potassium Citrate (6.9%): Helps prevent the formation of kidney stones and regulates blood acidity.
    • Magnesium Oxide (4.7%): Essential for many biochemical reactions in the body, including energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
  • Benefits: Electrolytes are crucial for maintaining fluid balance in the body, muscle and nerve function, and blood pressure. During periods of intense physical activity or heat, dogs can lose electrolytes through sweat and saliva, and the right electrolyte complex helps restore these levels.

 

  1. Vitamin B6 (1,000 mg/kg)

Instructions for Use

Rations:

The daily rations vary based on the weight of the animal:

  • 1 tablet up to 10 kg,
  • 2 tablets between 10-20 kg
  • 3 tablets between 20-30 kg
  • 4 tablets between 30-40 kg
  • 5 tablets between 40-50 kg
  • 6 tablets between 50-60 kg
  • 7 tablets between 60-70 kg
  • 8 tablets between 70-80 kg

Method of administration: The product can be administered directly into the animal’s mouth or mixed with food. It is important to complete the daily ration with the usual food and always provide sufficient amount of fresh water.

Using both products at the same time, in this specific case, does not make sense, as Lactoadapt Stop® already satisfies the need for electrolytes. Instead, once the diarrhea has stopped, it is recommended to continue with LactoAdapt® to rebalance the intestinal flora.
